JENNA
Jenna started her extensive dance training with ballet at
the age of four.  After years of study, Jenna has graced
stages throughout the world with her professional,
heartfelt performances.  Numerous accomplishments
during her illustrious career include an invitation to teach
belly dance at Komatsu Studios in Tokyo and Yokohama,
Japan, a 6 month contract to perform in the production
show at Desert Passage on the Las Vegas strip where she
danced, for all ages, with esteemed Middle Eastern
musicians, and an invitation to work with three of Los
Angeles’ premier dance troupes, Fahtiem and her Sultan’s
Delites, Zahra Zuhair’s Eshta, and as a guest soloist and
instructor with Jillina’s Sahlala Dancers. Jenna also
believes in continuing her growth as a dancer, and can
often be found studying belly dance in its many forms such
as Egyptian raqs sharki, Turkish gypsy style, and North
African and other regional folk dances.

In addition to her busy performance schedule, Jenna
shares her knowledge of belly dance by teaching private &
group classes. Jenna's
classes are designed to be clear
and easy to follow, yet challenging, in a friendly, supportive
atmosphere. In beginner classes, movements and steps
are broken down systematically, always stressing strong
posture, safe technique and graceful movement.
Intermediate, advanced and choreography classes are
rooted in technique, and help develop a dancer's poise,
presentation, transitions & expression.

You can
book Jenna to perform or teach a workshop in
your area.
