because of her incredible skill and ability to break down and explain  moves, but her support has helped me build

    Very creative and beautiful movements.  I am always inspired  by her love of this art.  
    Elizabeth takes apart moves and drills the  component parts.  Her drills are a good
    workout then the sequential parts  are seamlessly woven together to create beautiful
    choreography. She is  also strong in teaching skills for successful improvisation.
