    Discover the muscle behind the magic!  This workshop will focus on
    strong form, posture, and arm positions for both fast and slow
    movements.  Join Edara in isolation drills, movement combos, and cue
    training for both leading and following using the ATS Level 1
    vocabulary.  

    This worldwide Sisterhood of dance is both fun and rewarding
    physically and socially.  Aside from learning a dance language, you also
    learn to trust and be trusted.  Experience the moment as you create
    something unique with your fellow Sisters.
